The Whipple Foundation to Preserve Putnam County and the Tilly Foster Farm Museum are pleased to announce the appointments listed below:
Tilly Foster Farm Museum Staff
Jeff Hyatt has been appointed Farm Manager for all operations on the farm. Jeff comes from an old and distinguished Putnam County family. He is a principal with Albert M. Hyatt & Sons Well Drilling, now in its third generation serving Putnam County. Jeff will have responsibility for all aspects of the farm operation and brings a wealth of knowledge of farm equipment history and machinery. He was the main organizer of the Putnam County Antique Machinery Association exhibition now based at Tilly Foster Farm.
Kevin T. Kennedy has been appointed Web Master for the Tilly Foster Farm Museum web site. He will manage tillyfosterfarm.org along with the electronic distribution of press releases and announcements of events at the Farm. Kevin is the principle of Fulcrum Resource Development (www.fulcrumsites.com), a local web design company with over fifteen years experience developing web resources for nonprofit organizations and businesses.
Tony Denoia will remain Grounds Manager of Tilly Foster Farm, a position he has maintained for twenty years.
David Aguirre is the Livestock Manager. He cares for the Tilly Foster Farm animal collection including: Randall Lineback cattle, sheep, Jackstock donkey, Narragansett turkeys, Indian Runner ducks, American Blue rabbits and other rare and endangered early American breeds.
The Whipple Foundation to Preserve Putnam County
Helaina Ricciardi has been appointed Associate Executive Director of the Whipple Foundation. Her primary responsibility is to interface between the Foundation and the Tilly Foster Farm Museum. Helaina resides at the farm and is the contact for all farm activities. She may be reached at 845.222.0722.
George Carroll Whipple, III continues as the Foundation President. George Whipple and his sister Meredith Whipple are both on the board of Trustees of the Society for the Preservation of Putnam County. The Whipple foundation founded by the Whipple family primarily for the preservation of greenspace throughout Putnam County, is committed to the farm's mission and vision for the future. George Whipple is a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in New York City.
Danielle Cylich continues as the Foundation’s Project Director. She has been involved in the creation of the Spain Cornerstone Park at 1 Fair Street in Carmel, the annual Main Street Symposium, and the rebuilding of the Red Mills Baptist Church as a meeting hall for the Putnam County Joint Veterans Council in the Veterans Memorial Park in Kent.
