Meet the Animals: American Blue Rabbits September 18 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM Meet the rarest variety of rabbit in America. Callene Rapp, Past Chair of the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy, introduces the American Blue Rabbit to fans of all ages.
Location: Side pens or Main Barn
Meet the Animals: Hog Island Sheep October 16 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM An introduction to this rare breed, which was established about 200 years ago on Hog Island off the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Program led by Jeff and Ginny Adams of Walnut Hill Farms, Falmouth, VA.

“Walkabout” Tilly Foster Farm Join Ann Fanizzi for these guided historical tours of Tilly Foster Farm. Learn about the original property owner, Tillingham Foster, his venture into iron mining in the 19th century, and the hamlet named for him as well as the 20th century dairy and horse farming operations that took place at the farm. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Reservations recommended as tour is limited to 15. Call (845) 279-4474.
Tours start at 1:00 PM.
