Farm Parties

Have your birthday party, event or meeting at Tilly Foster Farm.
Days of Operation: Sunday through Saturday

Rental Hours: between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Rates: $250 2-hour rental

 $400 4-hour rental

 $700 full-day rental

All rentals include: Set-up of tables and chairs.

(maximum capacity in the Lodge is 80 guests; Cantina is 40 guests)

Paper table cloths, white

1/2 hour pre-rental set-up time

Requirements: Payment due in full 10 days prior to the event.

$75 deposit and signed rental agreement are required to hold your reservation. An inspection of the facility will be made after your event. Should the facility not be returned in the condition it was found, the Tilly Foster Farm Museum reserves the right to charge any additional clean-up or maintenance fees against the deposit. The deposit will be mailed back one week after the event.

  • No candles and/or open flames.
  • No tape or other adhesives may be used on any surface.
  • Garbage must be placed in receptacles provided.
  • Additional Options: Pony rides for up to 10 youth guests may be provided for an additional fee of $125.
  • Historic tour of Tilly Foster may be provided for an additional fee of $75.
